It’s time to double our design team, so we’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer! The Role, along with everything you’d expect

  • The Graphic Designer role is an ideal opportunity to have your impressive design skills noticed on a small, collaborative team
  • You will also get to help direct the tools, processes, and culture of our growing design team

  • Work toward our goal of incorporating more cutting-edge digital designs, like animation and videos
  • Contribute directly to company growth goals by helping us increase our unique website visitors to leads by 15%
  • Be the champion of the brand(s) by managing the visual identity and ensuring brand style guidelines and assets are updated and upheld
  • Lead the visual design efforts of digital products and interfaces to meet business objectives in accordance with a seamless user experience

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer
  • Experience in a branding and/or digital design role. We're almost exclusively digital, and we're looking for someone who can create brand-centric assets for all projects
  • Must possess a strong design portfolio. “Strong” is vague purposely; we’re really excited to check out your unique style, and we hope it includes a variety of digital assets
  • Experience creating responsive designs is a must
  • A team player. We're serious that you need to love collaboration and be open to feedback because our team is passionate about our product! Ability and desire to communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders is a must
  • Expert knowledge of everything Adobe Creative Suite. Period.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically, and understand how to balance business objectives with user needs
  • UX experience a plus so please apply even if you have none!
  • HTML5 and HTML CSS  - also nice to have. Call it out if you’ve got it, and no worries if you don’t
