POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Junior Graphic & Digital Designer with at least 3-4 years experience in digital and print design to help elevate and strengthen our brand message through all visual communication. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of design principles, especially typography and branding, across both digital and print formats with a strong passion and understanding for the food & beverage industry. Candidates should be professional, creative, confident, hardworking and understand the facets of both traditional and digital. The graphic designer will provide support for the Marketing and SocialMedia Teams and will report to the Graphic Design Director.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS + RESPONSIBILITIES

•Daily design projects will include, but not limited to: web banners, HTML email marketing campaigns, packaging, mock-ups, point of sale materials, social media content, signage, branded uniforms & swag, catering brochures, menus, check presenters, flyers, & business cards.

•Responsible for reviewing, updating & maintaining all website assets (photography, events/buzz & menu updates)through Single Platform, Bento Box and Wordpress.

•Prepare press-ready files and develop various formats of artwork production ready

•Assist in concept branding for new venues and further developing existing brand voice through marketing efforts

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Design and Visual Communication, Communications Design or Fine Arts

•At least 2 - 4 years of professional design experience ideally at an agency or consumer brand

•Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

•Strong photo editing/photoshopping skills

•Front-end development skills, able to hand-code HTML and CSS, SCO knowledge

•Experience working in Wordpress, Bento Box, Single Platform preferred

•Possess a strong understanding of the hospitality consumer mindset, consumer empathy and dedication to great consumer experiences
