You are a stellar production designer. You have a reputation for building collateral that drives engagement and supports B2B sales activity with a high appreciation of craft and execution. You revel in the details and have an eye for design. You are an expert at enforcing brand standards, creating compelling content, and creative campaigns. Your experience in digital marketing spans print, email, and web. From perfect pantone selection for print to every detail of a digital campaign, you focus on maintaining a high-standard for output across media. You can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are adaptable and creative with problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end design for print and digital campaigns; both original creative projects and serving internal stakeholder groups
  • Build production assets for everything from convention booths, to event t-shirts, to creative swag and sales initiatives (in the last year we’ve shipped creative direct mail campaigns involving lego kits, facilitation kits, astronaut ice cream and Transformers)
  • Support marketing asset library including owning best practices across multiple locations within a global marketing team
  • This role reports to our Director of Marketing, who will help manage your priorities and overall projects within the marketing team
  • You will frequently collaborate with our Senior Brand Designer on large-scale initiatives such as trade shows and events
  • This role supports marketing efforts on both the services and products side of the business and you will get exposure to Fortune 500 clients as well as products at the incubation and early-growth stages.

Requirements

  • High level of proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience presenting digital products contextually in devices and similar
  • Ability to manage time and resources on multiple simultaneous projects with aggressive deadlines
  • BS/BA in Visual Communications Design or equivalent
  • 3+ years of design experience in a design agency or corporate design department
  • Online portfolio of design work required
