THIS IS A 6-MONTH CONTRACT ROLE
You are an educated and experienced designer and creator of multimedia content. You’ll work as part of the Programming team in servicing provider, partner, and educational content requirements by creating high-quality videos and images. As a Multimedia Designer, it’s essential that you can create high-quality videos and images, using pre-written copy and stock photography and video.

You have a passion for bringing your creativity and skills to the task of educating patients at the point of care and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working with UI/UX design is a plus. You understand that effective media in the point of care is an opportunity to dramatically influence health outcomes. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Advertising or other applicable field
  • 1-5 years of graphic or multimedia design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful in producing high-quality design under very aggressive deadlines
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere and After Effects)
  • Strong knowledge of grammar and composition rules required for editing and proofreading text copy
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical aesthetic eye
  • Experience working with voiceover talent or talent agencies

Functions:

  • Create high-quality multimedia at scale according to rigid deadlines
  • Execute design projects while adhering to branding and style guidelines of external and internal customers
  • Maintain all job and production tracking data as part of a collaborative process
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to meet the business objectives of content creation and deliver high-quality multimedia content
  • Complete compliance and quality checks on all created content
  • Review externally-produced content for adherence to business standards and policy, and creative quality and design standards
  • Create high-quality design templates for internal and external use
  • Contribute to defining editorial and design standards as part of a collaborative, collegial process
