About the Role:
Our UI/UX Product Designer will work with our current design team to own the design direction of our web and mobile applications. This is a high growth position for an experienced and passionate designer to take the reins on Prevail’s design content strategy & direction. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be responsible for developing wireframes, lo- and hi-res mockups, user experience decisions, testing, design operations specific to our platform and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
• Create captivating UI, mockups and wireframes for our product development cycle that help our users access digital mental health support with ease.
• Organize a creative process that fosters collaboration, productivity and positivity that will empower a growing design team.
• Create exceptional design materials across Prevail’s multi-disciplinary teams, from product to interactive production to marketing.
• Work closely with product and development teams to bring fresh new programs to our diverse and growing user base.
• Ensure we discover and understand our users and the problems they are trying to solve, then integrate that shared understanding into the team.
• Continuously improve the experience for users, both visually and by measurable user outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Proven ability to self-motivate and drive towards tangible outcomes
• Experience collaborating with product development teams and driving ideas through execution and delivery
• 1-3 years of UI/UX/product design experience on a fast-paced, mission-oriented team (startup experience a plus)
• Track record of designing exceptional products that deliver a high-quality user experience
