We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with our team and clients to build exceptional web and mobile products. We use design thinking principles to build products that create long-lasting value for our clients. Our clients range from startups to enterprise organizations and involves a variety of industries like logistics, insurance, EdTech, and financial services.

The ideal candidate is smart, creative, and a self-starter, and comfortable working in an agile environment. We're looking for somebody who love good design and values exceptional user experiences. We believe design isn't just about pretty UI but about a product that solves a real-world problem for it's users. A good candidate isn't afraid of interviewing users, conducting usability tests, or validating assumptions.

What You'll Do

• Scope out projects with our PM and client
• Participate in design workshops
• Create sketches, mockups, and prototypes
• Design high-fidelity product designs
• Present & defend your work
• Work with developers in a hand-off process
• Design in parallel to development in dual-track scrum

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 year of experience
• Experience designing complicated web and mobile applications
• Experience designing internal web applications and dashboards
• Experience with user interviews, ethnographic research, and usability testing
• Experience designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Have a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary design standards (typography, UX/UI, color theory, and brand communication)
