Senior Brand Designer
Visual communication comes naturally to you. You demonstrate expertise when refining and enforcing brand standards, as well as, creating compelling campaigns. You set a high standard for all deliverables, yet move quickly without sacrificing quality. Armed with an aptitude for distilling complex ideas, you will participate in sales pursuits and marketing initiatives to bring a high-level of polish to client-facing deliverables such as presentations, proposals, brochures, or campaigns. Your strong typographic and visual sensibilities are complemented by your ability to form a well-crafted narrative. You welcome collaboration and enjoy working closely with a team to make great things.
The primary responsibility in this senior position is to provide design support required to execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Concept and design of creative assets for use across channels – web, print, video, and social media
- Design and production for sales and marketing collateral such as white papers, brochures, presentations, signage, and more.
- Refine, implement, and enforce Devbridge corporate brand standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Brand or Communication Designer (or equivalent) in a design agency or corporate design studio
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean design aesthetic and tactical execution
- Strong attention to detail across all work elements: creative, copy, brand, and project management
- Expert knowledge of design tools, print processes, and production techniques
- Skilled at concepting, sketching, layout, illustration, photography, image manipulation, and light copywriting
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with web design or email design/automation a plus
