As the Senior Product Designer, you will be joining a growing, dedicated team focused on building our customer-centric products.

Your Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of customers and their journeys.

• Drive a holistic user experience across different channels (in-store, mobile) and customer touchpoints (attraction, engagement, advocacy).

• Perform rapid prototyping to communicate product ideas both internally and externally.

• Execute on user testing to gather feedback for analysis and performing iterations.

• Guide and complete interaction and visual design tasks.

• Foster deep relationships with internal team members and external users.

• Evangelize the products whenever possible across different channels.

What You Need To Succeed  

• 5+ years of relevant work experience

• Proficient with InVision or Sketch and always curious about trying new tools

• Successful track record collaborating with other designers, product managers and engineers to prototype great user experiences and help execute on product development

• Strong communication skills to be an asset during workshops and product demonstrations

• Relevant knowledge of the retail, e-commerce, or advertising industries

• Experience on teams that brought new products from idea to launch

• Previous experience at a tech-powered startup
