Senior UX/UI Designer
Who are you?
Moonrise is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer to help our product team. You have a superior grasp of UX/UI best practices and trends, and you’re comfortable making recommendations on design decisions as a whole. You’re looking for an opportunity to help lead and own new design processes and style playbooks while improving product touchpoints as you go. You’re passionate about creating an excellent experience for customers, end users, and internal stakeholders and can quickly turn ideas into elegant solutions and finished designs. Using data-driven insights, you will lead the design efforts and educate the team as we craft revolutionary products.
You are passionate about helping underserved Americans that are living paycheck to paycheck. You are not afraid to constructively call out when things are not working right. You push back in an effective way that does not limit the team's creativity and also offer elegant ways to solve the problem at hand. You enjoy working in a very ambiguous environment. You accept change and moving deadlines with ease and are okay jumping hurdles. Most of all, you love to help others!
