An Insider's view of Kazoo

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Kazoo treats its employees like adults. That may sound trite, but it's true; we trust our coworkers to get their work done and respect that we all have lives outside the office. We have an open PTO policy and a flexible schedule which allows folks to hold nonstandard work hours. Not feeling pressure to give in to “presenteeism” is a huge plus.

Austen

Scrum Master

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

Kazoo has been working hard to rethink and redesign how Performance Management and Rewards & Recognition platforms will directly integrate together. We are laser-focused on understanding best practices, techniques, and ensure we’re building a solution that creates an awesome employee experience that keeps people connected with their team and peers.

Chris

What does career growth look like on your team?

A deep passion for the work we do, the discipline to do the hard work day in and day out, the willingness to be uncomfortable because you know that discomfort brings growth, the ability to brush off the rejection you get on a daily basis, a natural curiosity that drives your ability to ask more questions, and a desire to have fun!
