G2 Crowd is looking for a hard-working UI Designer to join our close-knit product team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the user, visual design, and interaction design. This person will create and maintain designs for our blog and web application.

Responsibilities
Work with product managers, developers and stakeholders to support design needs in agile environment.
Ensure that designs and delivered products/features are high quality
Contribute to overall design direction of the product and team
Communicate work to technical and non-technical audiences
Design both low fidelity and high fidelity mockups for use in product.
Ensure design consistency through product
Give technical feedback and guidance to other designers and team members
Requirements
5+ years experience in a UI Design role.
Detail oriented and a good communicator.
Have a quality portfolio.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Sketch.
High-energy, fast-paced work is fun for you.
Desire to be part of a team that values good design and high-quality work.
Ability to recognize UX/UI issues and propose solutions.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
Exceptional UI design, including but not limited to, concepts, prototypes, data visualization
Experience creating sitemaps, wireframes, and customer journeys
