The UX Architect develops the structure and flow of our digital solutions. They are expects to conduct research, interviews, and surveys, and then translate that information into sitemaps, wireframes, and functional prototypes. A UX Architect is expected to setup the system and processes that will be used to design the product including but not limited to prototypes with interaction notes, behavioral expectations, customer journey creation, and other behaviors.
Impressive candidates will understand how their activities will positively impact quantitative UX KPIs such as task success rate, time on task, and SUS and be able to articulate and communicate not just the how but the why of specific UX choices they are recommending. This role will be highly collaborative with both marketing stakeholders and IT stakeholders and the ability to speak clearly to both engineers and creatives is essential in driving towards success.
Required experience

• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe XD)
• Partner with business and marketing teams to understand the desired product outcomes
• Inform the process and roadmap
• Understand how the end user will interact with the platform
• Develop the structure and flow to make that possible
• Use your solid grasp of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and content strategy to clearly communicate to teams and clients
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and perform user research and testing
