In this position you will:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative end-user research to gain insights that will impact an intentional eCommerce experience design.
- Leverage a variety of methodologies including focus groups, user interviews, usability testing, surveys, journey mapping, and personas.
- Effectively communicate insights and actionable recommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders.

What Skills You Need
- 4 or more years of experience using a variety of research tools and UX research methodologies
- Ability to execute end-to-end research studies
- Experience in executing user interviews, contextual observation, focus groups, surveys, A/B testing, journey mapping, and personas.
- Experience in planning, recruiting, writing test scripts, moderating, synthesizing data, and reporting out findings.
- Ability to work with UX designers to validate designs through usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders and leaders.

- Experience researching user behaviors in eCommerce experiences.
- Continuous UX learning and certifications.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to influence without authority and working with a variety of individuals.
- Experience with capturing analytics and identifying insights.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- BS/BA Required (Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Anthropology.)
