Actualize Therapy’s mission is to change the lives of those who struggle with mental illness and lack access to the behavioral healthcare they deserve. We’ve created research-backed technology that offers paradigm-shifting treatment to those who suffer from depression and anxiety. Currently, we are a start-up company in every sense. You’ll work with a small, motivated team on the heels of raising our first round of capital. We are about to launch a pilot with a major health system as we work out of the heart of Chicago.

We've proven out the core of our technology, and now we're looking to build a beautiful, user-centered product with the help of someone with artistic vision and a passion for solving big problems.

Since this is a startup you will have a huge role in owning the following tasks:

• Work on branding the company: names, logos, color exploration
• Help create a visual design language for the company through a style guide
• Design the digital touchpoints of a beautiful user experience
• Conduct and synthesize user research to develop insights to act on
• Ideate and concept the future of the products and services we will be creating

Qualifications

• Working on a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual design or whatever you kids call it these days (Master’s degree even better)
• Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time
• A sincere interest in mental health issues and a desire to have meaningful impact
• The ambition to lead the charge through our rapid growth
• Really awesome, beautiful examples of your skills
