Duo is seeking a highly creative and detailed, Visual Designer (contract/freelance) to work with us throughout the visual design phase of our strategic digital engagements.

Requirements:

• 4+ years digital design experience
• Strong Communication & Client Facing presentation skills
• Ability to render intent through clear visuals to achieve specific customer goals
• An understanding of the limitations and challenges of implementing design in a build out strategy
• Create and execute design concepts as well as maintaining visual appearance, usability and brand continuity.
• Ability to articulate design decisions, both internally & externally
• Persuasively presents creative concepts & rationale to clients, in-person or remotely
• Understanding target audience needs/tasks/goals and translating them into creative concepts
• Familiarity with: Sitemaps, Wireframes
• Solid working knowledge of the latest versions of applicable programs: MacOS/Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch
• Designing in code, for CMS’s or working understanding of HTML5/CSS3 a plus
