Director of Customer Success

PRIMARY ROLE:

The Director of Customer Success is responsible for leading the customer success team regarding all aspects of customer facing operations across multiple product lines. We are looking for a strategic, sales-focused and results-driven leader to engage, retain and enable SwipeSense’s customers to fully utilize the platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build a best-in-class customer experience with the goal of making every customer an advocate
  • Identify and develop best practices for CSM processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Supervise and provide Customer Success team with the appropriate team expectations, procedures and tools that support the delivery of optimal service
  • Meet with and develop relationships with current customers to understand their business and needs to drive their success
  • Identify, develop, and realize new opportunities for expanding our customer’s business volume
  • Uncover and know any risk that threatens our customer’s growth, satisfaction, or renewal; conceive and execute migration plans for all risks
  • Set client success standards and strategy for each account which results in meeting our forecasted bookings, ROI, client service satisfaction, and adoption of the company platform
  • Create the reporting, training and processes to ensure that SwipeSense is over-achieving on our contract renewal objectives
  • Other duties as needed – we are a start-up after all!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 7+ years of project management and account management experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to at all levels of the organization, including executives
  • Proven ability to influence business decision while building and maintain relationships with multiple levels both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written and virtual presentation skills
  • Understands the demands of a growth-oriented tech company
