What you will do:

  • Production releases with continuous integration and delivering environments
  • AWS Instance Management, managing Shelby AWS EC2,S3,RDS instances
  • Be accountable for System, Application, and Service configurations and monitoring, Application deployments, performance engineering
  • Responsible for security implementations and compliance assurance
  • Disaster Recovery Management
  • Production Support, Tickets, SLA and other metrics management
  • Support high end, complex problem management to identify complex problems and develop work around solutions and resolutions
  • Manage on critical problems span across multiple customer applications and infrastructures
  • Drive strategic improvements in systems, processes, and practices, Identify and Implement Process Automations


  • Experience in DevOps management or lead role
  • Proficient in DevOps activities
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platform
  • Experience in Application Deployments, Logging, Monitoring, Performance Management, Automating environments
  • Experience with Linux, Java, MySQL, version control software like Git or AWS Code Commit
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration/delivery practices and other development and operation concepts
  • Knowledge on Networking and Security
  • Advanced problem solving and analysis skills for continuous improvement and troubleshooting of the product
  • Application development experience a plus
