GTreasury, A leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions, is currently looking to hire a DevOps Analyst to join our growing global team! The DevOps Analyst will collaborate with project teams on technical issues from initiation to delivery. Typical activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing, rolling-out and operating the solutions.

What you would do:

  • Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs
  • Development and maintenance of software tools, system, and automation
  • Deployment and management of existing and new infrastructure to meet project/operational requirements
  • Development and maintenance of operational processes and procedures
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks
  • Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale
  • General system administration tasks – deployments, troubleshooting, systems monitoring and configuration, escalation support
  • Manage the RSA Token process as RSA Token Administrator
  • Administration includes accumulation of appropriate documents related to the issuance of RSA Tokens to customers and/or GTreasury employees
  • Ensure that all documents are completed with the correct token ID information and proper signatures
  • Oversee the delivery of tokens after all documentation is received and filed
  • Maintain accurate records of all tokens, ID numbers, and authorized users
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining HA/DR for over 200 Production level databases
  • Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required
  • Audit database access and requests
  • Setup and configure new SQL Servers        
  • Review all SQL code created by developers
  • Manage all administrative aspects of SQL Server
  • Consult with the development team on best practices and design for database development
  • Write complex stored procedures and functions used in the GTreasury application
  • Consult with onsite clients on DBA best practices as needed
  • Beginning to oversee all GTreasury / Visual Risk databases globally
  • Administer the GTreasury application database including database manipulation as needed to keep the application up and running
  • Administer the GTreasury application and servers it runs on
  • Work on automating day to day tasks using Octopus
  • Respond to alerts, notifications and tactical issues
  • Work with Visual Risk teams on solutions to their problems using knowledge gained from the GTreasury application

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong experience with Windows OS in production environment
  • Experience supporting applications and systems in a production environment for a large-scale SaaS software provider
  • Experience with configuration management tools, automation tools, and high-level scripting languages (PowerShell)
  • Experience with virtualization (HyperV) and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, specifically RSA, Symantec, etc.
  • Working knowledge of relational database fundamentals
  • Solid computer science fundamentals, including networking, OOP concepts, and analytics
  • Experience with MS DCM and environment virtualization (HyperV, Azure, etc.)
  • Operational knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies
  • Experience with Integration technology stack: GIT, SVN, TeamCity and Redgate
  • Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools (Octopus Deploy, MS DCM, Powershell, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2012 and it’s services (AD, networking…), including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, backup, recovery and client support
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills
  • Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
