Store Ecosystems provides the foundation for world-class customer experiences in our stores by providing engineering solutions for hardware and integration services. We are a dev-ops-oriented team responsible for developing solutions for our large fleet of store hardware, devices and integration services. A day in the life…

• Partner with senior leaders to develop Store Ecosystem team vision and strategies that support company goals
• Contribute to architecture, coding, test plans, project plans, deployment planning and operations to drive outcomes and lead team towards its goals
• Employ continuous improvement methodologies across direct team (e.g. customer experience focus, waste elimination, increased productivity, rapid iterations, shorten feedback loop, creation and delivery OKRs)
• Hire and develop capable and motivated talent that can deliver swiftly and predictably, adjusting in an agile fashion to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
• Ensure team has the tools, resources, and information they need to be successful
• Create training opportunities for team to learn the latest technologies and methodologies
• Foster an inclusive team environment that develops curious and passionate engineers

You own this if you have…

• A passion for DEVOPS, hardware, infrastructure as code and configuration management
• A desire to lead, mentor and develop others
• Experience in developing team vision and strategies for a technology engineering team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• 5+ years of relevant technology engineering experience
• A BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years leading teams
