Who You Are: 
We are looking for a Front End Engineer who has a love for UI/UX. This person will be responsible for helping to build out the front end of our Ruby on Rails application and guide the UI/UX of existing and new features. We’re looking for someone who can put themselves in the customer’s shoes and cares about making our customers’ lives easier. You don’t need to be a UI/UX guru, but having a sense of good UX principles and implementing UI is important.

You Are:
- Highly design and UX focused (simplicity is a huge focus at Printavo)
- You are interested in ownership and affecting product direction
- You have worked with APIs
- Experience in front-end frameworks 
- Experience writing HTML/CSS
- A great listener, curious to always better your craft, and you ask questions
- Organized

Responsibilities:
- Execute company product vision
- Ability to understand product front to end 
- Ability to think critically about balancing customer needs/desires
- Research customer preferences to understand how they think and work
- Spec out Engineering tasks in great detail with sketches/wireframes and reasoning
- Understand & implement UX principles with new features

Bonus:
- Strong background in design
- Basic knowledge of working in modern web frameworks
- Experience in front-end frameworks
