Our Engineering team is lean yet effective. We are a close-knit team, emphasizing autonomy and built-in quality. As a Front End Engineer, your primary focus will be implementing complete user interfaces in the form of desktop web apps. You will be responsible for building world class front-ends using modern, best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering complete React-based front-end applications.
  • Maintaining and extending existing front-end applications.
  • Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop.
  • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Collaborating with Backend Engineers during the process of building APIs.
  • Communicating with external web services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6) and HTML5
  • Deep knowledge of any or a combination of Angular, Vue, React, or similar frameworks and commonly used modules
  • At least some knowledge of React and Redux
  • Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core JS frameworks
  • Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
  • Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts
  • Knowledge of build and deployment tools such as NPM, Yarn, Webpack, Gulp, Prettier, ESLint, etc,
  • Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments
  • 2+ years work experience
