Summary:

DRIVIN is looking to expand our development team as we continue to innovate the used car industry. The candidate should have a strong background in JavaScript development and be comfortable using React and Node.js frameworks. As a member of the front-end development team the main responsibilities are implementation and maintenance of data rich UI applications. The candidate should be able design, implement and maintain products working closely with developers, data team and Product Owners to implement data rich applications. Candidates for our team also need to be collaborative, creative, and always willing to learn new things. All UI code is developed using Node.js, React/Redux, and D3 to provide a rich application experience to our users. Job Description:

Responsibilities

· Develop new user-facing features

· Build reusable code and libraries for future use

· Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

· Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

· Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements

· 3+ years development experience in Javascript vanilla + frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Node, etc.)

· Strong background in React/Redux and Node development preferred

· Experience with React Native a plus

· Experience with Jest testing framework preferred

· Experience with D3.js library for creating dynamic visuals

· Experience connecting to RESTful Web Services for data access

· Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
