WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Systems Support
  • Manage and support NextCapital employee workstations (Windows and Macs)
  • Support local VMWare servers and AWS pre-production and production environments
  • Network Management and addressing System Vulnerabilities
  • Assists in the purchase and setup of new IT equipment
  • License Management
• HelpDesk
  • Assist NextCapital.com customers with their support inquiries
  • Provide helpdesk support for NextCapital employees
• Innovative Projects and Opportunities
  • Help with a variety of IT projects
  • Identify gaps and propose new creative solutions
• Learning & Growth
  • Learn from a team of IT professionals with many years of IT experience
  • Get exposure to Cloud technologies and software development
  • Close interaction with a variety of groups within NextCapital, including DevOps, Security and Developers

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You’re an excellent communicator comfortable supporting customers via email and phone
• You have at least 1-2 years professional experience supporting Apple and Windows workstations
• You have experience with local area networks, DHCP and DNS
• You have an understanding of Active Directory
• You are familiar with the Google Suite or similar products
• You are familiar with Device Management solutions (such as Airwatch)
• You’re excited about learning and working with a diverse set of technologies
• You are self motivated and deliver high quality work
• You are able to write clear and concise documentation
• You are able to prioritize your tasks and time effectively
• You are able to move computing equipment weighing 30 lbs
