The Lead Solutions Engineer will drive the adoption of our products and solutions by supporting the Account Executives and Business Development Executives throughout their engagements with our clients and prospects. You will assist via technical calls and product demonstrations of our unified SaaS platform (CXH).
You will have the chance to collaborate across multiple teams, both internally and externally, to successfully articulate the value of the Content Experience Hub (CXH) solution to the market while also ensuring our clients and prospects are best leveraging CXH to address their business initiatives.
HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY-TO-DAY

• Be a partner to Syndigo/Riversand clients and prospects in aligning our solutions to their business problems
• Coach and guide the PreSales Team; assist in onboarding new team members by providing platform training and support
• Lead complex sales pursuits from PreSales perspective and provide leadership to the team as an SME in the customization and delivery of Content Experience Hub (CXH) demos and use cases
• Develop, in partnership with product marketing, material to help articulate the impact and reach of our solutions in the market; creating business cases to support sales team proposals
• Increase sales of our solutions by providing guidance and direction to our clients and prospects
• Work closely with the sales team on proposals and RFP's/RFI's

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years working in an IT presales environment (Retail/CPG industries preferred)
