Description

• Provide functional and technical expertise in various procurement software implementation projects and initiatives.
• Enhance clients’ existing procurement software, including Coupa, Ivalua, Ariba or similar programs.
• Identify opportunities that can improve process efficiency.
•  Investigate and resolve software functionality.
• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues. 
•  Assist with software application testing. 
• Prepare queries to analyze data contained in corporate databases.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues with the existing procurement and spend management system.
• Provide functional and technical documentation for software customizations.
•  Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and issues to be resolved.
• Assist in system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
•  Manage client expectation and relationships.
•  Work with client and senior leadership to optimize customer solutions.
•  Secure client sign offs on deliverables.
•  Consult with senior leadership on several business and technology concerns. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. 
• Zero to three years of experience in technology consulting.
• Knowledge of data and object-oriented programming, preferably with Ariba, Coupa, or similar programs.
• Experience with systems integration, databases, development and support.
• Experience with SQL, Java, C++ or other programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
