This QA Analyst is responsible for thoroughly testing our native mobile and web-based applications.  Working with our established QA team within our delivery processes, we seek to deliver high-value, robust digital products to our clients.

Essential Job Functions:

• Testing for quality in programming, design and user experience.

• Develop manual test scripts from user stories against defined acceptance criteria.

• Identify potential areas of functional risk where user stories or functional requirements are not comprehensively outlining functionality or behavior.

• Work with the QA team to develop and implement test plans, smoke tests, and monitoring the overall health of projects with respect to delivery.

• Communicating risks and defects to the project managers and software developers.

• Working closely with developers, project managers and the QA team to build and evolve testing strategies.

• Work with other team members to plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates.

• Reviewing features and game design documentation to create test plans and communicate red flags and edge cases to the product teams.

• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years previous QA Analyst experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience in a digital agency or with digital product delivery a plus.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with people of various educational and technical backgrounds both inside and outside of the company.
