About the Team:
Our engineering team is building a platform that powers a dynamic marketplace disrupting the way people get their lunch. What You Will Do:
This QA Analyst role is a great way to break into a career in technology. You will be part of a fast-moving team building mobile and web products for a market-leading high growth company. As part of the Product team, you will receive mentorship in product management and testing.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of software development from requirements through implementation
- Create and execute test plans for new features
- Diagnose reported bugs from users and work with engineers to resolve
- Effectively communicate status and timeline to technology team and other stakeholders
- Support PMs in conducting user interviews, data analysis and writing user stories
- Create product documentation for training and communication to users
What You Should Have:
- 0-1 years of work experience; no related experience in QA or technology required
- Extremely comfortable and savvy with using technology products
- Transcendent written and verbal communication skills
- Incredible attention to detaill
- Proven track record of getting things done efficiently and successfully
- A passion for supreme user experience
- Fast learner with an excess of grit and perseverance
- Adaptable and open to taking on responsibilities where needed
