SALES ENGINEERING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with an A-team of Enterprise Sales Reps, as an Financial Services Enterprise Sales Engineer throughout the pre-sale process
• Own technical sales support, which includes understanding the business and technical requirements of our prospects and present a compelling solution
• Partner with senior executives in marketing, sales and IT to deliver sales enablement solutions
• Deliver product demonstrations, build proof-of-concepts, and custom product environments to showcase the #1 sales enablement solution
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with IT decision makers within assigned accounts, ensuring that our integration processes runs smoothly
• Keep current with technology trends and understand the competitive landscape
• Work closely with Product Management on existing and new product development
SALES ENGINEERING QUALIFICATIONS:
• 7+ years of customer facing experience as a Sales/Support Engineer or Solutions Architect in an enterprise SaaS environment – content management, sales enablement or CRM preferred
• Industry Knowledge of Financial Services: Investment Management, Banking and Wealth Management a plus!
• Execution-oriented initiative and with the ability to drive decisions to customer satisfaction
• Passion for technology and a love for working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills
• Database (SQL), High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, XML, JSON, Web Services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel
