Salesforce Consultant
What we need:
We are seeking a seasoned client facing Salesforce professional. This candidate will be the main point of contact for client projects whether they be full implementations, integrations, custom applications, or anything that touches their Salesforce environment. The candidate will be comfortable speaking directly to clients about their needs, as well as managing our internal staff to get client deliverables completed on time.
While our main focus is Sales and Service cloud, the ideal candidate will have experience working with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Steelbrick, Field Service Lightning, and other cloud solutions.
Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, Hubspot, Outreach.io, Docusign, and other common Salesforce integration partners is a huge plus!
About the role:
Meet with clients to determine business and functional requirements
Translate client requirements into Salesforce.com design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
Create solution design diagrams using Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar tools to plan a new implementation or functionality
Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation of client solutions
Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)
Design solutions leveraging Salesforce, Appexchange tools, and other systems that interact with the CRM
Manage projects and our development team’s progress towards delivering those projects
Provide final sign off on user documentation, data migration plans, and project deliverables
Present solution options to customer, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
Assist or lead users acceptance testing, change management, and user training
Provide mentorship to fellow team members
Who you are:
You have a deep understanding of standard Salesforce objects, features, functionality, and data schema
You possess knowledge of visualforce, lightning components, APEX, custom objects, SOAP and REST API’s
While you may not need to code directly in the system, an understanding of what is possible to both design solutions and manage their development is essential.
You possess Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Advanced Certifications that distinguish you from other applicants
You have experience managing complex systems, multiple projects, and offshore teams
You love details and ensuring smooth delivery of client projects
You are a client advocate, always working to ensure they get the most value from the work we deliver to them
