We are looking for a Salesforce Development Manager/Lead to join our rapidly growing team. You are responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers who maintain and manage Salesforce. You will be setting and executing a strategy for Salesforce based on your ability to work closely with stakeholders across the business and your Salesforce expertise and experience. As OneSpan provides both hardware and software solutions, you will have the opportunity to understand a wide variety of complex processes and provide recommendations for improvements. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day platform priorities, including supervision of Salesforce development team and 3rd party relationships
  • Utilize the Agile Development Methodology to manage the team’s backlog, prioritize tasks and communicate accomplishments to stakeholders
  • Foster a continuous improvement environment
  • Work collaboratively with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of objectives, including Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Logistics and Finance
  • Provide expertise and consulting around best practices within Salesforce
  • Ability to identify process improvement initiatives to maximize the efficiency of the platform
  • Continually evaluate data management within Salesforce to limit duplication and provide valuable insight to the business
  • Communicate efficiently, effectively and often to keep business stakeholders informed of team progress
  • Identify and resolve issues/barriers to accomplishing objectives
  • Ensure timely escalation of implementation and installation issues
  • Develop and provide career path opportunities for staff
  • Travel internationally 2-4 weeks per year or as needed based on project needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development
  • IT leader with 2+ years leading Salesforce developers
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud/Salesforce CPQ/Jira/Marketo
  • Agile Development Methodology
  • Platforms and service integration
  • Data security, sharing, profiles and roles
  • Experience managing and developing direct reports to ensure continued growth and success within the organization
  • Critical thinking, curiosity and willingness to experiment and try new solutions
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication to senior team members, cross-functional departments and all Salesforce stakeholders
  • Strong fit in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, empowered, action-oriented culture
