We’re looking for a Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our professional services team in Chicago, Illinois to meet growing demand from our clients. If you’re looking to push your Lightning skills to the next level while working directly with clients of all sizes in a consulting environment, this is the role for you.

You’ll be responsible for the design and development of highly performant bespoke solutions at the absolute forefront of the Salesforce Lightning ecosystem, leveraging internal design and development frameworks and an extensive array of powerful tools and components. 

What you’ll do:

• Working within a tight knit consulting team you will engage in projects from requirements stage, owning them through design, development and deployment on the Salesforce platform. 
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, including custom platform development (Apex, Lightning Components, Apps, Mobile, and Custom front ends, etc.), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex data migrations. 
• Working with internal and external stakeholders, assist in the estimation of work effort and set attainable milestones for development. 
• Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks. 

About you:

• 2+ years experience delivering bespoke client solutions using Salesforce, JavaScript, CSS, or HTML.
• Proven history of on-target delivery following Agile project disciplines in a consulting environment.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components including Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and other platform tools such as Visual Workflow, Lighting App Builder etc. 
• Certified Salesforce Developer 1 & 2 & Platform App Builder Certification.
• Experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS & React. 
• Strong technical acumen across the full software development lifecycle, release management and quality assurance knowledge highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the broader financial services market and, with experience in wealth management/financial planning firms highly regarded.
