Job Description
The Senior Publisher Integration Engineer role is a unique hybrid of engineering, consulting, and technical project management responsibilities. It requires a wide range of technical skills, troubleshooting and publisher relationship management. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in being a technical account liaison for publisher relationships while being responsible for implementation and integration management, monitoring inventory health, creating tools for automation for efficiencies and overall inventory support.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Integrate publishers and exchanges into the Epsilon ad serving system.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and resolve discrepancies for ongoing and existing integrations
• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot components of the ad serving system
• Provide technical support and expertise to internal media, client, product, and engineering teams as well as external publishers and exchanges
• Participate in design, implementation, and roll-out of new publisher products and features, becoming subject matter expert
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and procedures
• Maintain the external publisher support website with updated content, building new functionality as needed
• Support in the design, build, and maintenance of tools that automate or streamline internal processes

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Understanding of web development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, APIs)
• Strong ability to reverse engineer and/or develop solutions using JavaScript, HTML, etc.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Product and Engineering teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 3+ years of online work (DSP/SSP/Direct Publisher) experience in related field
• 3+ years of experience with HTML, SQL and JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in technical documentation writing
• Experience in integrating video and programmatic technologies (OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID, MRAID)
• Experience in Node, Angular, Java
• Experience in building iOS and Android Apps
