About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to conceptualize, develop, and guide the interfaces of our FinTech Platform. Responsibilities:

● Work with product management to align product vision and feature requirements with front end design.

● Seamlessly apply UI/UX design techniques in conjunction with programmatic solutions.

● Create user profiles, journeys, wireframes, lo-fi, and hi-fi mockups to fully deliver on requirements.

● Work with front end and back end engineering to manifest design into product.

● Build a reusable and uniform design system and UI library for the platform UI/UX. The Senior UI/UX Designer will have the unique opportunity to gain start up experience and be a part of changing the way the world invests as we now know it. We are a small team of driven individuals who look to enact change and innovation across the entire value chain of Structured Notes issuance.

Desired Skills:

● 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI web design with a strong portfolio of projects including detailed descriptions of design processes.

● Solid knowledge of languages, frameworks, libraries, and other front end engineering tools (specifically React, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Material, etc.) and their constraints.

● Fluent in design software suite (Sketch, InVision, Zeppelin, etc.) of choice.

● UX/UI standards, protocols, and methodologies for both responsive web and mobile app design to turn product vision and requirements into usable wireframes and mockups.

● Experience creating UI platform libraries (color palettes, typography, iconography, components, etc.).

● Comfortable leading and assisting in user research activities and analytics.

● Other skills: UX writing, collaboration and communication across product and engineering, JIRA, Agile, QA.
