We're looking for a senior software developer to join our growing team. As a developer at Kohactive, you'll lead a small team to turn client ideas into web and mobile products. Working with a designer and other developers, you'll be responsible for building out robust digital products.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of backend development experience using Ruby on Rails, Node, Python or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience using Javascript frameworks like Ember, Angular, or React
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Proficient with Git
• Advanced knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and performance
• Experience working with junior developers and mentoring
• Experience architecting solutions for clients based on their business needs
• Experience leading a small team of developers

Very well-qualified candidates will also have experience with consulting and working with clients. As a senior developer, you'll work directly with clients to help shape their ideas and build the right software.
