The Software Engineer Lead is a player-coach on the product team. This technical guru serves as the evangelist of the organization’s architectural vision, strategy, and principles to the team – while also participating in various forums to evolve and push our technical vision. S/he sets the strategic technical direction for the team and mentor developers and partner staff by sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology or related field or equivalent experience

• Must have at least 5-8 years hands-on experience with full-stack web development, with experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Web Services and SQL

• Must be proficient in object-oriented design and development and unit-testing, preferably in ASP.NET and/or ASP.NET MVC with C#

• Experience in advanced development practices – like continuous integration, test-driven development, pair programing, design patterns, refactoring – preferred

• Prior Dev Lead experience where the following was done - mentoring, coaching, performing code reviews and fostering a learning environment is a major plus

• Exceptional communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, strong team skills and an ability to mentor and coach people

• Broad set of technical skills with demonstrated learning agility and intellectual curiosity

• Must be able to work effectively in an agile environment

• Must be effective and creative in problem solving

During the last three months, you would have:
