Job Duties
Software Engineers for Chicago, IL location. Analyze, design, code, test and maintain software applications for electronic estimating software, communications systems, workflow tools and Internet and wireless-enabled technology solutions. Create and execute integration level unit test plans and test scripts. Develop detailed technical analysis and design specifications based on functional requirements. Participate in design sessions to define implementation approach for new functionality. Research and correct defects. Lead functional and technical specification reviews. Research technical solutions to business problems. Technical environment: JAVA, J2EE, Server-side programming Technologies (Spring-Core, MDB and JMS, Rest Web services, EJB, JDBC, Oracle, XML technologies including XSLT, XSL-FO, DOM, SAX parsers), Client side programming technologies (HTML 5, JQuery, Javascript, Angular 4, JSP, Ajax), Web FrameWorks (JSF, Struts, Servlet and JSP, Spring MVC, GWT), Continuous Software Integration Technologies (Maven, Weblogic, UNIX, SVN, Hudson), Eclipse, JDeveloper.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems plus two years of experience in the job offered or with software development required.

(*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems plus five years of experience in the job offered or with software development also acceptable).
