ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
● Perform billable project work as directed by NQA Management and/or Resourcing
● Delegate tasks and coordinate testing efforts, often between multiple disciplines, to ensure proper technical execution ● Participate in the new hire onboarding process, providing support, feedback and mentorship, to and about the new NQAE
● Serve as an active member of the NQA leadership team by partnering with NQA Management to create, define, and maintain NQA standards
● Reviews other NQAEs work as a part of the performance management process
● Provide mentorship and training across the organization
● Assist the sales team with device and environment selection and project estimation as needed
● Contribute to ongoing documentation efforts by working with NQA Management and the Operations Team.
● Promote and maintain adherence to NQA best practices and standards throughout the department
● Work with Nerdery Leadership, NQA Management, the Operations Team, NQAEs, and members of the project team to resolve Danger Board issues in a timely manner
● Coordinate efforts between multiple departments such as User Experience (UX), Development (DEV), Software Project Management (SPM), or Sales to facilitate successful completion of assigned tasks
● Demonstrate high teamwork skills
● Meet NQA standards for regular and reliable attendance
● Notify NQA Management of any performance, engagement, or behavior problems observed among members of NQA
● Maintain Nerdery morale by promoting and supporting open communication throughout the Nerdery; escalate issues when necessary
● Complete weekly time tracking as directed
