In this role you will help your QA teammates deliver their best services to their respective dev teams, while driving strategy and continuous quality improvement, by partnering with our AgileOps and DevOps teams.

What you'll do in this role:  

• Design, implement, and improve company quality standards in alignment with business objectives. 
• Train, motivate, and coach teammates; promote a learning environment that drives their commitment to Livly’s mission and their personal growth. 
• Design, implement, and improve company quality standards in alignment with business objectives. 
• Drive unit tests coverage, E2E test automation strategies, and BDD practices. 
• Participate in engineering wide efforts by collaborating with DevOps and AgileOps. 
• Review QA processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends. 

What you bring to this role:   

• 3+ years of relevant experience in QA team leadership and management 
• Experience implementing and maintaining automation frameworks at scale  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and integrating with modern CI/CD pipelines 
• Outstanding formal organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and meticulous follow through 
• Business acumen and strong verbal and written communication skills
