Job Description

The SVP of Enterprise Architecture will be a Digital Business and Technology trusted advisor to C-level executives with our top clients across multiple industries. This role sits at the intersection of advertising & marketing technology, data and analytics solutioning across paid, earned, owned and shared channels. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strategy, product roadmap planning, assessment and delivery of digital solution capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:

·       Act as the trusted advisor to our top strategic accounts to drive revenue and increase customer lifetime value.

·       Collaborate with sales lead to assist in the business development lifecycle by serving as the single POC and SME for a holistic end-to-end digital solution.

·       Influence the sequencing and bundling strategy of Epsilon PeopleCloud modules introduction in the client ecosystem. 

·       Participate and collaborate in RFP process and will be responsible for bringing them together to create a holistic response to the RFP questions.

·       Participate in client QBR to bring technical improvement opportunities to Epsilon and client teams.

·       Understand the client’s current state end-to-end business/marketing solution ecosystem and lead a fit gap analysis of digital needs and capabilities.

·       Sell and develop recommendations of digital architecture reference models for client environments.

·       Establish a roadmap to develop options and recommendations on transformation & migration plan from current to future state.

·       Potential evaluation of other partner vendor platforms to be integrated with Epsilon’s PeopleCloud product module capabilities.

·       Work with clients to establish estimates for budgetary guidance.

·       Partner with project leadership team to transform the roadmap and solution blueprint into implementable architectural components and specifications.

·       Solicit functional and non-functional business requirements from the client to assist project team with business and marketing use cases.

·       Assist with mapping requirements to Epsilon PeopleCloud components for solution implementation.

·       Participate in sessions/discussion with client’s other partner vendor solution providers for integration support to fulfill the client’s customer touchpoint requirements.

·       Design and develop appropriate digital/enterprise architecture governance models, processes and tools.

·       Ensure solution components are designed with open architecture that are robust and address architecture ilities (Scalability, Extensibility etc.).

·       Will serve as single point-of-contact working with one or more technology and data architects/leads focused on single product/solution component.

·       Focused on the engineering aspects of the solution build that will integrate different Epsilon products (with potentially other vendor & client technologies) to build and deploy the solution.

·       Leads technical discussions with the joint (Epsilon and Client) project steering committee providing strategic technology solutioning vision and oversight.

·       Support our internal product team with development map and soliciting customer feedback

Required Experience:

·       15+ years of experience with end-to-end business/marketing ecosystem solution.

·       Experience working in an agency or consulting company across multiple industries.

·       Deep technical and architectural expertise with SaaS-based products.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Experience leading practices and working in a large, highly-matrixed environment without continuous guidance.

·       Program and project management experience.

·       Constantly being proactive and has a competitive edge in an ever-changing industry.

·       Experience leading key initiatives against strict timeline and multiple priorities.

·       Strategic thinker that constantly challenges clients and manages their expectations.  

·       Demonstrate the ability to apply judgement and make decisions autonomously.

·       Demonstrate the ability to drive vision and results, ensure accountability, manage complexity and situational adaptability.
