The Systems Administrator is responsible for defining and implementing the PC standards for the Cooler Screen’s in-store technology infrastructure and providing the company’s overall IT services.  Areas of responsibility include Windows, Linux, and Mac hardware and software configuration, Microsoft O365/Azure AD administration, software installation, and network administration.

• You are technical and adept at configurations in the Linux, Windows, and Mac environments
• You work with an Operational mindset focused on process development and improvement
• You are an efficient communicator both internally and externally with our partners and customers
• You have a strong grasp of security practices and how to apply them
• Your goal is to make sure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently
• You like to have fun and win!

What You Need:

• 10 + years of professional experience with relevant technical operations roles
• Experience in developing and building and integrating systems to support and fuel growth
• Able to think and move quickly in an environment where continuous innovation is required
• Experience working with partners at multiple levels within the organization (operations, marketing, supply chain, finance, human resources, legal and other groups)
• Deep skills in Linux and Windows HW/SW setup and hardening for the in-store environments
• Ability to automate solutions for software deployment and validation.
• Can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through monitoring, testing, and servicing network equipment
• Able to conduct research and make recommendations on new operational products, services, and capabilities to improve overall service delivery
• Experience supporting company IT Windows/Mac support in an O365 environment
