Job Description

As we head into the second year fully operating with NetSuite, we are striving to improve the user experience and augment functionality. This role is expected to use their Netsuite knowledge to build better tools and reporting for our Sales, Retail, Operations, and Corporate teams. In our lean business model, we require flexibility and versatility, therefore an IT generalist background, familiarity with system administration tasks and IT infrastructure is helpful. The role will support projects that are adjacent to NetSuite as well as offer supplemental system administration support as needed to our Corporate, Production, and Retail teams.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Has an understanding of all ERP and CRM instances at CSA and oversees change management, development and quality delivery.
  • Drive project execution activities from initiation through post go-live support
  • Support and help prioritize projects requiring changes to ERP/CRM systems and interfaced systems.
  • Coordination of development and deployment of new processes and system configuration to meet business needs
  • Provide training to users as it relates to new ERP/CRM implementations and ERP/CRM enhancements.
  • Build relationships/alliances with vendors, department leadership, and project teams.
  • Ability to assess, establish and then organize NetSuite projects for implementation
  • Ability to develop business and system requirements based on observation and client discussions- Some experience with system troubleshooting and data management.
  • Implement process improvements with automated solutions
  • Ability to educate end users on effective use of application features
  • Serve as an escalation point to team members, facilitating prompt and appropriate responses to project issues and risks.
  • Effectively and regularly communicate project expectations to internal consultants and clients in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Act as a liaison to vendors regarding interface and platform issues.
  • Manage system enhancement projects, including new functionality roll-outs and modifications of existing functionality, and coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and other post-implementation support.
  • Write standard and complex queries to support projects and approved reporting requests.
  • Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems and processes.
  • Subject matter knowledge of Accounting and Payroll business functions and technology solutions

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor degree with a business or technology focus and/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of IT project management experience
  • Expertise in NetSuite is required

Qualifications

  • Active listener with ability to communicate with all team members (internal & external) including project management concepts, value statements, and high level technical concepts.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills. - Strong project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the company.

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear
  • At times, may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
