  • Recruit, lead, and manage a world-class tech team, including task planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
  • Establish a solid project framework and excellent development processes
  • Participate as a key decision-maker in all aspects of the business
  • Work closely with the VP of Product & Experience to drive an excellent customer experience, continually raising the bar on functionality, usability, and simplicity
  • Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and processes for regular assessment and product improvement
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to both your team members and your project peers

What do you need?

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to teammates
  • Experience integrating with third-party systems and familiarity with digital security implementation
  • High comfort with ambiguity and a mindset towards continual iteration and improvement as priorities change
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to those who do not have a technical background
