ThinkMarkets is a global online brokerage firm, specializing in providing multi-asset trading solutions to thousands of clients around the world. We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Chicago. This position will collaborate with the global Finance team and assist with maintaining all accurate files and processes as well as strategize accounting goals.

Responsibilities:

• Review daily invoices and settlements of progress reports from licensees and vendors
• Storing, inputting, and updating data for each licensee and vendor contact
• Process reports for accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Assist with all bank deposits and wire transfers
• Work with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement Departments on supporting all accounting documents and records
• Coordinate with vendors to help resolve any outstanding issues or inquiries
• Assist with any special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting/Finance industry
• Knowledge of Quickbooks is required
• Knowledge of Lightyear is preferred
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the US
