What You’ll Do:

STATS is searching for an Accounting Manager to ensure all accounting functions are carried out in compliance with specific accounting, tax and regulatory filing standards.  Responsibilities include period close processes, financial reporting, financial systems maintenance and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

• Drive the production of accurate and timely financial statements by leading the month end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis, balance sheet account reconciliations and ensuring accurate global consolidation
• Manager, supervise and train Accounting staff and related processes including:
  • North American Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable, including system administration (Nexonia)
  • Capitalized Software
  • Payroll
  • Fixed Assets
• General administration of the accounting system (Intacct)
• Assist the Global Controller with daily banking requirements
• Support deliverables and needs related to annual audit and reporting requirements
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures
• Partner with 3rd party advisors for various needs (tax filings, audits, technical guidance, etc.)
• Liaison with European and Asia Pacific leaders to establish worldwide best practices and standardization

What You’ll Need:

• BA/BS in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 6+ years of combined Public Accounting and Private Industry accounting experience, including multinational business experience
• Strong technical accounting skills and ability to ensure foreign operations are converted to US GAAP
• Experience working globally and with diversified teams
• Advanced Excel skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
