Job Description Summary

The Billing Analyst is responsible for processing and delivering accurate invoices for all products in a timely manner.

Job Duties

• Responsible for billing of CCC ISG products
• Support monthly revenue close and provide General Ledger Department with accurate revenue figures
• Maintain various monthly reports and journals, i.e., revenue adjustments, revenue reclass and accruals
• Assist in resolving billing issues with CCC clients and internal sales force
• Work with various product groups to ensure that all billing information is received in a timely manner
• Review Invoices for accuracy
• Analyze changes in revenue on a monthly basis
• Ensure that billing adjustments are properly approved and processed in a timely manner
• Assist in contract draft reviews and provide feedback on product billability
• Customization of manual invoices for customer specific requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in Billing or order processing
