Staff Accountant and Billing Coordinator

GTreasury, a leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions, is currently looking to hire a detail-oriented Staff Accountant and Billing Coordinator to bill, track, collect, and analyze revenue. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving the billing process and safeguarding our revenues.

What You Will Do:

• Collect, enter, and organize data into financial billing system for invoice creation and submission to customers
• Resolve billing issues and respond to billing inquiries as they arise
• Communicate with Sales and Solutions teams to drive timely and accurate billing
• Analyze and report on customer data such as billing, accounts receivable, and recurring revenue
• Manage weekly Accounts Receivable Collections process by communicating with customers and reporting to management
• Ensure customers are billed correctly for existing services
• Special projects as they arise

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 0-2 years’ experience
• Basic knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Prior experience with QuickBooks and/or SaaSOptics a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to solve problems and propose solutions
• Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion
