Real Estate Private Equity Fund Treasurer works closely with the President/Owner and other Team Members to manage the firm's financial resources and structural risks associated with real estate investment opportunities, including fintech, primarily in the Omaha market. These include: managing key relationships with external stakeholders and partners, and playing a significant role in firm-wide strategic and analytical projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

1 Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment

2 Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

3 Maintain relationships with investors, bankers and other partners

4 Lead reporting and communication with investors

5 Assist equity and debt financing

6 Act as a critical member of the investment decision team

7 Monitor the activities of third parties handling outsourced treasury and accounting functions on behalf of the fund

8 Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short and long-range planning

9 Help develop and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with CPA, plus 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting, treasury, and/or fund experience. Should have a thorough understanding of accounting, investments, investor relations, bank account management, and real estate development.
