What you get to do:
The Director, FP&A is a visible role driving forecasting, planning, and insights for the entire business. Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, you will work with the senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company's strategic initiatives and provide detailed monthly reports and analysis.
- Manage overall forecasting and annual planning process
- Be the lead with business partners in understanding variances and performance metrics and provide recommendations on actions
- Develop dynamic driver-based, real-time financial modeling focused on projecting cash flow, income statement, and balance sheet impacts based across a multitude of scenarios
- Manage analysis behind corporate development initiatives (M&A, partnerships)
- Support investor relations function (SEC filings, analyst communication)
- Develop framework for identifying and leading value initiatives
- Prepare analytics supporting monthly financial statements for distribution to the CFO, CEO, and Department Heads
- Partner with Capital Markets team on complex financing structures and corporate development activity
- Develop competitive intelligence to benchmark company vs. the market.
- Develop unit economic model to evaluate return on capital from different products and geographic markets.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field
- 8+ years in a financial analysis, consulting, or business analytics role
- Convert financial and accounting data into business information
- Excellent Office skills, including advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, etc).
- Experience with financial planning tools (e.g. Adaptive Insights)
