Litera is looking for a Director (or Vice President), Revenue Operations to team up with the sales leadership team and cross-functional department heads to lead the revenue operations function from end to end. The Director / Vice President, Revenue Operations is the "Chief Operator" of our revenue growth engine, responsible for traditional sales operations activities in addition to sales effectiveness initiatives and inside sales strategy & execution. This individual works closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and other executive team members to develop strategy, and then translates our strategy into execution by partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & lead a team to manage sales operations, sales effectiveness, and account development / business development (inside sales)
  • Design processes to ensure efficient execution to deliver on revenue growth targets
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the sales pipeline and deal velocity, and remediate gaps as soon as they are identified
  • Design, analyze, and present month and quarter end reporting in Salesforce to the Sales Leadership team
  • Partner with HR and Recruiting to resource the sales organization with both tools and personnel needed for success
  • Drive strategic initiatives with executive management and sales leaders
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Litera's market segmentation, pricing structure, and competitive landscape
  • Interface directly with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to ensure each team is receiving adequate support and resource
  • Participate in quarterly Board reporting initiatives
  • Provide support to sales staff and work individually with AEs to meet/exceed their revenue targets

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS business, in a Revenue Operations or Sales leadership capacity
  • Executive presence and ability to meaningfully interact up and down the organizational chart
  • Critical analytical thinking & problem-solving
  • Highly effective communication, management, and supervision skills
  • Highly accountable and results-driven
  • Metrics-oriented, with the ability to not only track KPIs but to develop them
  • High-character, emotional intelligence, and ethically-driven leader
  • Highly strategic, with the ability to think critically about key business strategies and initiatives
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training/resourcing teams
