We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our financial management and reporting processes. This role has direct responsibility for corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures and will be a key member of our Financial Planning & Analytics team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Manage all accounting operations including monthly close, receivables, payables, and payroll.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements that comply with GAAP
• Work closely with outside stakeholders to complete all necessary external reporting (tax, audit, shareholders)
• Manage month-end and year-end close process
• Contribute to the broader FP&A function, including implementing the budgeting process with the functional leaders of the company.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain, streamline, and strengthen internal controls
• Perform ad hoc special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business discipline
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred
• 5 years of overall combined accounting experience, preferably with some spent working with technology, software and/or other high growth companies.
• Excel at interpreting and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principals
• Experience with the month-end/year end close process
• Advanced experience with Quickbooks (or other ERP systems) and Excel
• Experience building financial models and delivering presentations to senior audiences
• Demonstration of a positive and collaborative attitude. Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously, internally and externally.
